The entire home is available for rent, including access to four bedrooms with three and a half baths, Great Room, gourmet kitchen, dining area, patio, hot tub, garage, and a 0.4 acre lot. We are within walking distance of the Sunriver Marketplace (groceries, liquor, gas...) and a short bike ride/walk from Sunriver's waterpark complex (SHARC), award-winning golf courses, tennis/pickleball courts, Fort Rock Park, and hiking trails. Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort is just ~20 miles away!
Great Room
The Great Room layout allows guests to enjoy the gas fireplace and tv while visiting with friends and family in the kitchen and dining spaces.

The open concept kitchen is well equipped with Kitchenaid stainless steel appliances, Crate & Barrel dinnerware, an extensive coffee/tea bar, and everything needed to create a memorable dining experience
Redband Trout Room
This luxurious room has a Cal King Memory Foam mattress, down comforter, choice of pillows, Pima cotton sheets, and designer throws. There is also a smart tv, electric fireplace, walk-in closet, and full length mirror. The ensuite includes a double vanity, jacuzzi tub, step-in shower, and toiletries provided.
Steelhead Trout Room
This cozy room includes a Cal King Casper Memory Foam mattress, down comforter/pillows, smart tv, and patio view/access. The ensuite bathroom is a single vanity with a step-in shower--toiletries provided.
Brook Trout Room
This is the perfect room for kids (or adults) with a mural of Mt. Bachelor, two Queen beds, down comforters, four pillows per bed and a Jack & Jill bathroom connected to the Brown Trout Room.
Brown Trout Room
This luxurious room has a King bed with down comforter/pillows, Roku tv, and Jack & Jill bathroom connected to the Brook Trout Room.
Patio
Our outdoor living space has a teak dining table with room for 10, gas grill, adjoining seating area with pyramid heater, and a view of green space and hike/bike trails.

We have 6 beach cruiser bikes with helmets, a private hot tub soaking/visiting area, and 10 complimentary passes to the SHARC pool/waterpark.
